Terms of service

These Terms govern your use of bymayvelle.com and every order you place on it. By placing an order you accept them.

1. Who you are buying from

The Site is operated by Apparel Fashion Brands LLC, registration number 2026-002060382, registered address 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("By Mayvelle", "we", "us"). We are the seller of record for every order. We are not a marketplace and we do not sell for third parties. Goods are dispatched from China.

2. Who may buy, and where we ship

You may order if you are 18 or older, or the age of majority in your state, and can enter a binding contract. Orders are for personal, non-commercial use, and we may decline orders that appear to be for resale.

These Terms and every other policy page are written for delivery to addresses in the United States. Orders to other countries are handled case by case — contact us before ordering.

3. When the contract is formed, and when you are charged

Your payment is authorized and captured when you place the order. That is the moment the contract between you and us is formed. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number.

If we cannot fulfill an order — the item is unavailable, the price or description was clearly wrong, the address cannot be served, or the order fails a fraud check — we cancel it and refund you in full. If an obvious pricing error means an item was listed at a clearly wrong price, we will not ship it at that price; we will contact you, offer it at the correct price, and refund in full if you do not want it.

You may cancel any order at any time before the parcel is dispatched by emailing hello@bymayvelle.com. We confirm within 1 business day and refund in full. See the Return & Refund Policy.

4. Prices and currency

All prices are in United States dollars (USD). Displayed product prices exclude sales tax. Sales tax is calculated and added at checkout and shown before you pay. Standard shipping to the United States is free.

Your parcel is cleared through U.S. Customs on its way to you and there is nothing to pay on delivery. See the Shipping Policy.

Prices can change. The price that applies to your order is the one shown when you complete checkout. Your bank may add a foreign transaction or currency conversion fee; that fee is set by your bank, not by us, and we cannot refund it.

5. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payments are handled by our payment providers; we do not receive or store your full card number. By paying, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.

The charge appears on your statement as ByMayvelle. If you do not recognize a charge, email hello@bymayvelle.com before you contact your bank and we will identify the order for you. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer.

6. Shipping

Orders are dispatched from China within 1–3 business days and delivered in 6–11 business days, about 7–14 business days in total; full details, carriers, cutoff time and the delay procedure are in the Shipping Policy.

7. Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery at your own postage cost, except final sale items marked as such on the product page, gift cards, pierced jewelry, and swimwear, shapewear or intimates whose hygiene liner or seal has been removed; the full rules, costs, return address and refund timings are in the Return & Refund Policy.

8. Product information

We describe and photograph items as accurately as we can. Colors vary between screens. Measurements may differ from the size chart by up to 1 inch (2.5 cm); within that tolerance is not a defect, but the item is still returnable under the ordinary 30-day rule at your cost. Beyond that tolerance we treat it as a fault and pay for the return. See the Return & Refund Policy.

9. Our content

The Site, its text, images, layout and the By Mayvelle name and logo are owned by us or our licensors. You may view, print and share pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish, sell or use them commercially, or use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download the Site, without our written permission.

If you submit content to us, such as a photo or a comment, you keep ownership of it and give us permission to display it in connection with our products. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.

10. Acceptable use

Do not use the Site to break the law, place fraudulent or automated orders, interfere with the Site or its security, or misuse another person's payment details. We may refuse service, cancel orders and close accounts where we have reasonable grounds to believe this is happening. If we cancel, we refund what you paid.

11. Liability

We are responsible for supplying the goods you ordered, for refunds owed under our policies, and for anything else we cannot exclude by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence and for fraud.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity. Except where the law does not allow it, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

The Site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Your legal rights

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits the rights you have under United States federal law or the consumer protection laws of your state, including the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. Where a term in this document conflicts with a right you have by law, the law applies.

13. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is set out in the Privacy Policy. California residents can use Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. The date at the top shows when this page last changed.

15. If part of this fails

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we do not lose the right to enforce it later.
