By Mayvelle is an online women's clothing store selling to customers in the United States. We do not manufacture clothing and we do not hold stock in the United States. We select styles from apparel suppliers abroad, publish them here in US dollars, and the goods dispatch from China.

Orders to other countries are handled case by case — contact us before ordering.

What we sell

Dresses, tops, knitwear, outerwear, matching sets, skirts, pants, footwear, bags, shapewear and swimwear. We buy for women who want current styles at everyday prices. Available sizes and colors are shown on each product page.

How an order is handled

  • Standard shipping is free on every US order. There is no minimum spend.
  • Order cutoff is 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on a weekend or US federal holiday, start on the next business day.
  • Handling: 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery: 6–11 business days after dispatch.
  • Estimated total: 7–14 business days.
  • Parcels are carried internationally from China and delivered locally by USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL eCommerce.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Start by emailing hello@bymayvelle.com with your order number.
  • Not returnable: final sale items marked as such on the product page, gift cards, pierced jewelry, and swimwear, shapewear or intimates whose hygiene liner or seal has been removed.
  • The return address is in Yuen Long, Hong Kong. We issue it in writing with the return approval. Do not ship anything back before we approve it.
  • On a change-of-mind return you pay your own return postage. The current cost range is stated in the Return & Refund Policy.
  • We never deduct outbound shipping, a restocking fee, or handling or inspection charges.
  • Photos help us sort out a damaged or incorrect item faster, but they are never required.
  • We refund within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

You can cancel any order at any time before the parcel is dispatched by emailing hello@bymayvelle.com. We confirm within 1 business day and refund in full.
