Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice

 

byMayvelle respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. It is our policy to respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement submitted under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

 

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content on bymayvelle.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to support@bymayvelle.com containing the following information:

 

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. 2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. 3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its URL or sufficient information to locate it on the Site.
  4. 4. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. 5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. 6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and take reasonable steps to notify the party responsible.

 

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to support@bymayvelle.com containing your contact information, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district.

 

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of, or block access for, users who are repeat infringers.
