What to include
Put these in your first message and we can usually answer it in one reply: your order number from the confirmation email, the email address you used at checkout, and the item, size and color you are writing about. For a damaged or incorrect item, a short description of what is wrong is enough. Photos help us settle a claim faster, but they are never required.
Privacy requests
