Shipping Policy

We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand.

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery time is 7-12 business days, depending on your location. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs, or high seasonal volume.

 

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can track your order anytime via the Track My Order page on our website.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

byMayvelle is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order after shipment. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.), unless stated otherwise at checkout.

 

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us at support@bymayvelle.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.

 

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@bymayvelle.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier right away. If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
