Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your byMayvelle order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

 

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@bymayvelle.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

 

Exceptions

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as gift cards and final-sale items. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return for the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund as well. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@bymayvelle.com.
